Tony has worked extensively as an Associate Lighting Designer in London and on tour, productions including the National Theatre’s Life x 3 and An Inspector Calls (both West End & various No.1 UK Tours); Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf (West End); Amadeus (West End, No.1 UK Tours, New York & Los Angeles); The Woman in Black (various No.1 UK Tours); The Weir (Royal Court No.1 UK Tours, Sicily & Australia); The Shape of Things (West End); Patsy Cline – The Musical (West End and No.1 UK Tours)Peter Pan – The British Musical (West End); Tapping Harlem ( UK No.1 Tour) and most recently Hobson’s Choice (Chichester & No.1 UK Tour). Tony has also toured with the RSC, Welsh National Opera and the Royal Opera House.
Tony is a professional designer member of the Association of Lighting Designers and spent 5 years as a Lighting Designer and lecturer for Central School of Speech and Drama and is currently a lecturer for Birkbeck, University if London. He is also a review committee member for the National Council for Drama Training and served for eight years on the British Actors Equity Theatre Designers Committee.
Tony is currently working for English National Opera.
