Adam is the Managing Director and Founding Partner of DHA Design Services, a leading lighting design consultancy based in London, established with theatre lighting designer David Hersey in 1988.

DHA was established by Adam and David to bring their experience of theatrical lighting into architecture and events. The company established an international reputation in Las Vegas, at the Mirage and Treasure Island hotels, and later at the Bellagio. The company’s portfolio has since expanded to include hotels, resorts and corporate interiors in the Middle East, China and India.
The company also specialises in museum, gallery and exhibition lighting and provides Lighting Design Consultancy Services for many design companies and leading architects. These include;
